Stone Harbor Police Department had First, Second and Third Avenu

Stone Harbor - Stone Harbor Police Department had First, Second and Third Avenues closed simultaneously for a road race at 8:10 a.m. July 21. Trying to get anywhere was impossible. Poor planning, poor preparation and no communication between officers. They had us riding in circles because they didn't know what was open and what was closed.
