Stone Harbor - The intersection of 96th Street and 3rd Avenue should be modified to a pedestrian scramble system of crossing. One direction of cars have the right of way, then the other direction, and then all pedestrians may cross, including diagonally. This intersection is a nightmare, and now with the hotel valet parking here it is even worse. Cars get stuck at this intersection on busy summer days for too many light cycles and it's only a matter of time until a pedestrian is struck. This system would alleviate many problems and it's an easy fix.
