Stone Harbor - I was house sitting for my sister recently. Don't know how she gets any peace or sleep. Could not concentrate on my reading on the porch or sleep at night with windows open. The reason, chimes. Houses are way too close to allow this chatter and clatter. There should be a noise ordinance about this. The best part is they are only down on weekends and the full time residents have to deal with this unwanted noise.
