Stone Harbor - How could Stone Harbor not have a blight ordinance to prevent situations that exist at several properties throughout the town which have become health and safety hazards? Despite years of protest by homeowners to address these situations the town officials bury their heads in the sand and have done nothing. A property on 93rd St. is over strewn with garbage. It is time for town officials to take action and institute a blight ordinance, like so many other towns have done.
