Stone Harbor - Have Stone Harbor property owners seen the article on the front page of the March 6 Herald revealing that the largest average yearly property tax increase in Cape May County was $639 in Stone Harbor. Stone Harbor Borough Council... how about some fiscal responsibility to reverse this alarming trend instead of talking about a multi-million-dollar purchase of Smuggler's Cove, a potential money pit with tremendous expenditures and a negative cash flow which would further escalate this already outrageous ranking?
