Stone Harbor - Early Aug.16, I was on the beach with my playful dog Toby when he ran up to a woman walking along the water. Because he's such an exuberant people dog, he didn't want to run back to me until she greeted him. But, she wouldn't say hello to Toby! She just kept turning away and trying to push him down. I told her he just wanted to say hi, but she said she didn't want to. Why do people walk on the beach if they don't want to interact with dogs? They should be happy when a friendly dog wants to play with them on a beautiful beach!
