Stone Harbor - Coming off the beach Aug. 12, I noticed a bag of dog poop sitting on top of the free poop bag dispenser at 110th St. You had to walk right past the trash can. You couldn’t do the right thing and dispose of it properly? Picking up the poop is good, but part of the dance is throwing it out.
