Stone Harbor - Comcast charges a fee each month for the "rental" of the cable box which one needs to get the service they're paying for. The Republicans in Congress let this happen year after year to protect them. What's next, the banks when we finance our cars will charge us a "rental" fee each month for the car keys? It's the same thing.
