Stone Harbor - After reading about a dog owner not picking up after their dog on the beach and stating that plastic bags are banned in Stone Harbor, Council might want to think twice with their talk of banning plastic bags. But the first thing they should do is ban all pets from the beach all year long. All pets and that should include all. No service pets. No raking in off season leads to a beach full of pet waste.
