Dennis Township needs a barking dog ordinance.

South Dennis - Dennis Township needs a barking dog ordinance. A family on Route 47 in South Dennis leaves their dog out all night in all weather including when it was 20 degrees! Called State Police and was told to call animal control. Animal control said they can do nothing about a barking dog unless someone is in danger. They told me a lot of people like barking dogs for security! Try sleeping at night when the dog is barking at 3 a.m.! Please pass a barking dog ordinance!
