Sea Isle City - Before we get any further into the rentals for the upcoming season, let's encourage the realtors to be a little more diligent in checking that their clients have purchased the current rental permit. Maybe they need to be able to show proof of the purchase before being allowed to rent their property. I am actually looking at three rental units right now, and only one has had the decal displayed in past seasons (one has definitely used the services of a local realtor.).
