There is a dilapidated, close to the beach, unsafe building in S

Sea Isle City - There is a dilapidated, close to the beach, unsafe building in SIC that obviously has people living in it when clearly it should be condemned. The side of the building looks like it is about to collapse. The owner has let the property go into a very serious form of neglect. How does SIC Code Enforcement legally allow this to continue? Are they going to wait for someone to get hurt before they write a citation? What about other properties in close proximity that are being depreciated in value because of this eyesore? There must be laws against it. Please do something!
