Sea Isle City - Sea Isle City is out of hand. We decided to leave after the fireworks at 9:30 p.m. July 4, and it took us one hour and 24 minutes to reach Route 9 from 81st St. and Landis Ave. The traffic was horrendous, moving along inch by inch. Whoever decided to leave only one lane in and out on the newly raised road was not thinking clearly.
