Now that there is fill on the south side of the Sea Isle causewa

Sea Isle City - Now that there is fill on the south side of the Sea Isle causeway, and it's equal height to the road, why not take down the concrete barrier on that side so at least there is somewhat of a shoulder? It's not like the sand needs protecting from the occasional car. If anything, the barrier is now the biggest hazard we have to deal with.
