The new Promenade rules signs look great!

Sea Isle City - The new Promenade rules signs look great! Having said that, since it is now clearly posted what hours are legal to ride your bike on the Promenade, how come the law is not enforced? I had to weave in and out of numerous bikes Aug. 2 walking the Promenade near 46th Street. Almost fell twice. Don't make laws if they are not going to be enforced. It's a waste of time paying to have the signs made and posted.
