I'm all for the new development at the site of LaCosta, as long

Sea Isle City - I'm all for the new development at the site of LaCosta, as long as it is done in a tasteful manner and is not an eyesore. It would be nice if the building has some character and curb appeal and doesn't sacrifice attractiveness for trying to squeeze as many condos into as tight of a space as possible. Some landscaping would be nice too. I just hope they don't take any shortcuts because that is an important location in town.
