Sea Isle City - I applaud Council member Divney for showing urgency and initiative in connection with taking action regarding pump stations and public school. It's quite a refreshing message compared to the "drag-our-feet" approach we're used to hearing in town. I think we should hire a consultant with vast experience in several areas, like someone from the Philadelphia region.
