Sea Isle City - Did anybody read the E-Newsletter by Sea Isle City about bike rules? One of the Sea Isle City Police Department's initiatives this summer is to enforce bicycle laws and educate the public about bicycle safety. Why don't they tell us how many citations were issued? I'll bet they haven't issued 100 so far this season. I could issue 100 in a couple hours on the weekend. When you tell the people you are going to enforce the rules and do nothing, you lose all respect.
