Sea Isle City - Bicycles are not pedestrians! They have to stop for stop signs and red lights. They have to keep right. They need lights at night. And drivers don't need to stop on through streets to yield to bikes. Bikes can only cross when clear. Can't somebody straighten this mess out? It gets worse every year.
