Sea Isle City - Another change order for the unfinished jail. This one is number 11 at a cost of $327,813. Is anyone keeping track of the total change orders? Clearly something is wrong and it goes back to architect and engineer errors. When are the freeholders going to do their job and protect the interest of the taxpayers?
