Sea Isle City - Since all enforcement of bikes on the Sea Isle Causeway has stopped, will the city or the county assume liability when either someone on a bike is killed or an accident is caused by cars swerving around the bikes? It's now every day that these people in their racing jerseys hold up traffic breaking the law, and they aren't stopped or ticketed. If cops sitting at the base of the bridge would start writing tickets for this, word would get out and they would stop.
