Rio Grande - Why does Middle Township / Rio Grande insist businesses line their trash cans on Rt. 47? The trash men throw them in the street afterward if they haven't already blown into the street spilling trash everywhere. This is extremely dangerous and will cause additional accidents on an already precarious road, especially at the intersection of Routes 47 and 9.
