What is up with those who use our street for a trash can?

Rio Grande - What is up with those who use our street for a trash can? Pennsylvania Ave., Rio Grande is littered daily with beer cans, mini bottles of liquor and cigarettes by those who cut through our street to go down Rt. 9 South. We live here, children play here, why should we have to live like this because of these people? Now, who's going to clean it up? A traffic stop might do the trick, which might help to slow these rude drivers before someone gets killed.
