Rio Grande - Under state law, automobile owners who move here from other states have 60 days to go to a motor vehicle agency and register their autos, and get New Jersey plates. Many of these people work in New Jersey off the books. They work for cash only, no checks, no credit cards. They cheat the citizens by not paying state or federal taxes.
