Rio Grande - I learned that a transit sidewalk grant went to a residential side street, Hand Avenue in Court House, instead of Rt. 47 from Shunpike to the Social Security building. Handicapped, young children, and others are forced to walk in the dangerous traffic. Rio Grande needs a local representative.
