Rio Grande - I'm not sure whose responsibility it is to take care of the small ally next to the laundromat in the Village Shopping Center but I watched a nice, young, blond-haired girl clean up the nastiness that had accumulated there for months. I'd like to thank her for resorting my faith in humanity! If we all picked a small section of our town to clean up (our responsibility or not) just imagine what a nice place it could be!
