I am completely disgusted with Middle Township animal control.

Rio Grande - I am completely disgusted with Middle Township animal control. There is a dog chained on Indian Trail that we have called about without proper shelter and the officer states he can't do anything? Why are they not enforcing the new state law and the weather ordinance in place? This is a disgrace. Puppies froze to death in Middle last year because nothing was done. How many more dogs have to die in Middle before the officials start enforcing the laws to protect them? There is now a state law against chaining. Maybe town officials should go take a look at this poor dog.
