Ocean View - I graduated high school in 2013 and did not enroll in college or any form of higher education. I wanted to be a tradesman. As an apprentice I was not paid for my hours while learning the trade. Why is it everyone’s getting state and federal money to pay for their colleges and universities for an education for their job, but I haven’t reserved money for my higher education of my job as an apprentice? Millions of students have reserved billions of grants and money to invest in their future. Why wasn’t I offered the same?
