Ocean City - The person who killed a seagull on an Ocean City beach should be arrested and charged. An example needs to be made. It is illegal to kill gulls. Gulls aren't a threat to anyone. People on the beaches are the real intruders and they're far more annoying than the gulls. Ocean City police showed incompetence and/or lack of caring by not arresting the individual.
