North Wildwood - As a young child, my wife was severely injured by a large dog. Since then she is afraid of dogs. She was walking on the North Wildwood beach June 9. There was also a couple in their 20's on the beach. They had a large dog running loose. The dog ran right up to my wife and stopped. She asked the couple to get their dog. They laughed and said, "He won't hurt you." My wife left the beach crying and started home. Does the dog have more rights than us? Please enforce the law.
