North Wildwood - Why was it necessary to have a special vote Oct. 2 to decide if we should borrow almost $6 million for the school? That question could have been put on the ballot of the general election. The turnout would have certainly been much higher, and maybe the outcome would have been different. And us, taxpayers would not have paid the bill for the special election.
