Why does North Wildwood allow parking so close to the corner?

North Wildwood - Why does North Wildwood allow parking so close to the corner? Every time I try to make even a simple right turn, I feel as though I am taking my life into my hands because my vision is severely limited. With most cars having tinted windows that also limit the view, parking should be restricted to farther from the curb, not nearer. This is also an unsafe situation for pedestrians trying to cross the road.
