North Wildwood - Why does the City of North Wildwood allow an employee to go to a home improvement store after working hours (4:30 p.m.) with a city truck? What is wrong with going during working hours? Also, what's not to say that this employee is not using the vehicle for personal use? Just because a city vehicle is given to an employee doesn't give him free run. Taxpayers are the ones paying for the vehicle (insurance, fuel, etc.). Maybe it's time to put GPS in all vehicles so taxpayers know who is abusing a free ride, or better yet, no one gets a vehicle after hours.
