North Wildwood - While doing my civic duty Nov. 6, I noticed a Public Works official getting out of a city-issued vehicle to go and vote. Now, as a taxpayer, there is no need for that. He is not working. And, the vehicle still doesn't have lettering. Why is that? That vehicle, like many others, is the taxpayers', not each employee's own vehicle.
