When are the NWPD going to enforce parking laws?

North Wildwood - When are the NWPD going to enforce parking laws? Just saw a young boy almost hit by a car parked the wrong way on 20th St. The man pulled out facing the wrong way and just missed the boy. To make matters worse he yelled at the boy. The boy did nothing wrong. I guess we wait until someone gets hurt or killed? Enforce a common sense law.
