North Wildwood - The tram car needs to run better. It took 20 minutes for a tram to come to 16th Ave. July 13. Then three came. One reason was the one collector was sitting talking to his friends on the first one, and the supervisor saw it and did nothing. The tram stopped several times and the kid did not get up to collect, he left the one girl to do it. From 16th Ave. to Surfside Pier, it took 20 minutes. It took another 20 minutes to get to the next pier. There needs to be better management of the tram.
