North Wildwood - Stone Harbor Borough Council heard of the changes for building permits. They said the most obvious impact on municipalities is the loss of permit fees. That is all they worry about with how much money the city gets? Not what is good for the homeowner? I have never in the last 40 years seen a building inspector inspect a roof job. What inspection on siding can they see if nailed right or wrong?
