North Wildwood - In regards to dogs on the sea wall, I am a pet owner who likes to walk my dog on the sea wall. My wife and I always pick up after our dog, and although I see others who do not, I do not feel empowered to correct them. We are just as sickened by it as many of you are. However, like texting while driving, unless those laws or ordinances are enforced, little will change in those offending people's behavior. Just as it is hard to believe the police are not pulling over more texting drivers, so it is true about North Wildwood and those offending dog owners. Enforcement is the key to success.
