North Wildwood - Recently, I have read a number of spouts from North Wildwood about dogs. I have many problems with dog owners because of what they allow their dogs to do. I don't have to list the problems here. Everyone knows what they are. I would like to know who it is that gives the orders to the police not to enforce any of the dog violations. It is obvious that something has to be done. Maybe the police officers should reconsider and enforce the laws that they swore to uphold. A lot of us would be grateful.
