North Wildwood - I watched the video of the trash on the Wildwood beach and it also happens in NW, just not as bad. I suggest Wildwood consider hiring convict labor for beach clean-up, three hours in the morning (6-9 am) and three hours in the evening (5-8 pm). It's cheap labor from minimum jail camps that are supervised by correction officers. Either that or have cops assigned to the beach and start writing tickets. Beach patrol should have ticket writing capabilities also if you want to utilize the current labor force more efficiently.
