North Wildwood - I was in North Wildwood over the Easter weekend and the very first place I stopped was at Hereford Inlet Lighthouse. I could not believe my eyes upon arriving there. It was awful! The fir trees were chopped down and stumps left in their places, areas which where once occupied by shrubs were dug up and replaced with petunias and daffodils, plants in the butterfly garden gone, gaping spaces in between the remaining trees exposing backyards, mold on vinyl siding, fences knocked down, and barbecue grills. Everything I saw was desolate and depressing as compared to what it was.
