North Wildwood - How ungrateful someone is that they would write a spout complaining about city workers shoveling the steps and sidewalks of the elderly residents in town. Did the spouter not know this new program was introduced this year to help the residents? With the high taxes we pay on the island, this is the least our city can do to help us during the winter months.
