North Wildwood - The Herald is being selective with regards to spouts. Have submitted numerous spouts which have not made the paper or online. Must be friends with someone within the City of North Wildwood. Also, why is space limited in the paper for spouts this time of year? Allow the people to read what is going on in their town. Don't be the judge of deciding what goes in there.
