North Cape May - Thanks to all of the volunteers at the "Safe Surrender" event for their time. The compassion they showed gave me a little faith in the justice system. Lower Township Municipal Court Judge Thomas Hillegass was the best. I felt proud to be a part of this county after witnessing this event.
