North Cape May - Sad that the voting machine broke down before noon on Primary Election Day in Ward 3 in Lower Township. The poll worker did not have the correct phone number for the board of elections. Having to work past 8 p.m., my vote went uncast. Don’t we pay enough taxes to maintain these machines?
