North Cape May - Lower Township Council meeting April 3 showed residents just how much the mayor and council members listen to the Bay Drive neighbors on the subject of bay developments. It seemed they had made up their minds before the meeting as to how they would vote; they silently listened to residents with little attempt to engage or understand their comments. And the notice given to residents of this issue by the newspaper is ineffective - why not a robocall? We have certainly received countless robocalls in recent years on issues that are far less important to us. No wonder citizens get frustrated.
