It is so sad to see what has become of Lower Township Elementary

North Cape May - It is so sad to see what has become of Lower Township Elementary School District since the present superintendent has taken over. Staff morale is at an all-time low. There is no sense of community and family. No sense of support for those going through rough times. As a parent of a student, I am saddened to see the superintendent refuses to see that the LTES staff (teachers, aides, and paraprofessionals) are his liaison with the community. They are the ones dealing with the day to day issues. Treat them fairly and with respect.
