North Cape May - I could never understand people who move into a neighborhood, and can't keep their property clean or follow local laws. Parking on the grass of their front lawn when they have a driveway, or are able to park on the street also baffles me. Leaving trash and other items that don't need to be there I can't understand either. Putting out trash cans three days before trash pickup and leaving empty cans on the street until the next trash day. Try to have some pride where one lives.
