North Cape May - I am submitting another spout off about the golf carts. In recent years I have questioned the erratic driving, example : they come upon a bike and swerve into traffic. Now I am noticing a lot of babies in the front seat. 2-3 year olds, some in car seats and some just buckled in. They continue to run stop signs. And on Friday in Cape May none of the six people in the golf cart saw the little girl crossing at the cross walk with her bike. Walking her bike. That was a near miss. I hope a tragedy does not take place for there to be regulations upheld.
