North Cape May - As a cyclist, I can promise you that no one wants to be out of your way more than I, especially when you are driving your minivan 60 mph on Bayshore Rd., all while texting, eating and swerving. Old road designs force riders to share busy roads, deal with potholes, navigate incomplete pavement, all without any protection from traffic.
